“Under new ownership!
I recently noticed the clear coat on my rear passenger was coming off and called Madison Auto Body to see if it was under warrantee from a repair done on the same door in 2018. Keith, the new owner, was quick to get back to me and stood behind the work done at Madison Auto Body in 2018, despite only taking over as owner less than a year ago, and repainted the door at no cost. He also did some additional work I requested at a very fair price. The work was done with great attention to detail and looks great, and when I picked up my car it not only looked better on the outside than it had when I dropped it off (as expected), but it was also cleaner on the inside than when I dropped it off, too!
I've been going to Madison Auto Body for years - like many others here have said, the body work has always been great, but the customer service from the former owner was poor. Keith taking over new ownership of Madison Auto Body was the best thing that could have happened to the shop. Finally, the quality of ownership and customer service matches the high quality of the work they do.”
“I was getting a new headlight at AutoZone and the employee was having a hard time putting it in. The owner of Gadun’s happened to walk by and tried to help. They realized the whole front end of my car had to be removed to replace my headlight and he invited me across the street to his shop (less than an hour before they close and are clearly busy) and had his guys this for me for free. “Superior Auto was easy to contact and pleasant to deal with. I'd damaged my front bumper and right quarter panel on an ice pile post blizzard. They also buffed out some scratches on my hood from ice removal. Today you can't tell that there was any damage.This wasn't an insurance job.
