Great little store on my travels! Definitely worth the stop if you're passing through or near. Clean, always stocked, efficient, and the employees are always a joy to talk to!
I heard they are discontinuing my favorite crime brûlée ice-cream though. Please keep it if you can!

What a turn around! i stopped going to this location over a year ago. I love Cumbys but that store was a nightmare. The coffee was hit or miss, either brewed 12hours ago, or sludge, or both. My protein bars were never in stock either.
I stopped in on a whim last week and was floored. The place is actually stocked, the help wasnt yelling at each other, and the coffee was really good like it was just brewed. I even downloaded their stupid smart rewards app when the clerk there mentioned the discounts.
The entire atmosphere was better, cleaner. Ive been back 3 times since while on my route and i kinda felt like leaving this review. Its nice to see a problem store actually get fixed up, whatever happened here could be done at other locations....looking at you Bloomfield! i felt like i got tetanus just walking into that location.

I was in today around 11. The girl behind the counter was totally disinterested. Instead she was looking down at her phone the whole time. I stood there waiting for her to conclude my sale, she finally looked up from her phone and mumbled something at me. Totally rude and unprofessional.

I've been coming to this Cumberland Farms for the past month, and it's consistently a great experience. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the employees are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It’s become my go-to stop for quick snacks, coffee, or a fuel-up. Definitely recommend!

If you’re running low on gas, this is a hit or miss! Frequently closed at odd hours - closed with no gas pumps working at 8pm on a Saturday night? This is the closest gas station to me and I’m not sure if it’s due to being understaffed or mismanaged or what but this particular location is an almost always a mess.

Avoid this location at all cost. If you don’t, it probably wouldn’t be open when you got there anyways. They close whenever they feel like it and put a sign on the door THE DAY OF about the hours. The hours stated online are never correct, this is the most inconvenient company I’ve ever seen. There’s ZERO CONSISTENCY with hours of operation, who functions like that?!

The service here is awful. The floor is always disgusting and never have any of the coffee filled. The clerks are always disappearing just as fast as the coffee.

I was feeling tired on a drive from Hartford and I've always enjoyed Cumby's coffee, so I stopped here. Couldn't find *any* liquid creamer. I asked an employee (not sure what her name is) if they had any more creamer. Her answer: "nope", and kept walking. No attempt at any semblance of customer service. I ended up getting a frozen mocha just to stay awake behind the wheel, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. (Not the coffee, the coffee was great.)
