Faulty dryer damaged an expensive king size goose down comforter resulting in large black marks that stain treatment failed to eliminate. Although I received a refund, the owner refused to follow up with me despite requests for him to do so. As a result I am left with the impression that customer service is not valued by the new ownership what used to be a reputable local business.

I don't normally use the laundromat but my dryer broke. Toted me all my laundry and a 4 year old. Lady was absolutely rude. Go elsewhere.

My sister in law drops her laundry off there monthly, so I decided to try out the laundry Mat today. The PRO’s- very clean and not busy and crowded at all. Now for the cons! Together we spend almost $200 there today, Sunday 1/29/2022. The worker there was so rude. We were putting our clothes in the dryer when she started yelling at us that we were using too many dryers and needed to save some for the employees and other customers. There were plenty of dryers left for others, but she just kept repeating herself, yelling at us with an attitude. I was raised to respect my elders, so I just kept quiet. Then when we came back, before our dryer time was done, she had mixed other people’s clothes in my dryer while it was still going. When I comforted her she gave me another attitude telling me they weren’t my clothes. When I proved to her they were my clothes, instead of apologizing to me, she rolled her eyes and said whatever, it looked like nothing was in there. It just sucks that she was so rude because it really is a nice place that is not busy at all. My sister in law said when she drops off her clothes she sees the other lady, who is very pleasant and appreciates her business. I may try this place one more time, but I don’t appreciate being yelled at for using “too many” dryers when they were not busy at all. There were no more than 2 people in there the whole time I was there, and I used 6 dryers. They have a lot more than that! Maybe I’ll stop in to make sure the lady who was working today, is not working first.

This is a true gem. Spotlessly clean and very welcoming. All the machines function perfectly and do a thorough job on your laundry.I'm a local and when it came time to replace my 15 year old home washer & dryer, I opted instead to use Village Laundry!

I usually get my laundry done here twice a week washed and folded the lady who works there is amazing and so kind - who ever the grouch was there this Sunday … ILL NEVER GO BACK … when you support a small business you are supporting the employees and the community- id rather drive further than ever have to deal with this lady again . She barked at everyone in and out the door

Cleanest laundromat around the area hands-down. I don’t come often but when I have to I always choose here because it’s fast and easy and I like the machines here better than anywhere else.
