I have not switched salons in nearly 2 decades. I felt it was time to switch it up and am so glad I chose Razz! I had my first appointment today with Channan. I have never been happier with a color and cut than I am right now. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and did not back down from the challenge. She gave me options and helped me choose the one that was best for me and my lifestyle. I felt pampered and like I was an old friend at the same time. I cannot wait to return!

I was in search of a stylist on short notice to do a curly hair style for my daughter’s wedding. Allie answered my call and accommodated my need with a consultation that day. I was warmly greeted and offered a beverage. She understood my vision and spoke with me briefly about what she felt would be most flattering. I left feeling confident in Allie’s ability to achieve the look I’m hoping for with my gown. I put down a $25 deposit and she will see me at the time I requested in two weeks!

I originally gave 4 stars a few years ago to my stylist Ashley, but I decided (after reading my past Google reviews) that I wish to change my rating to a 1, and it's not for Ashley, it's for the owner of this salon.
I had recently moved to the area, and I was both excited and nervous because I had not yet found 'my' salon and stylist.
I recognized the owner from the website, and I remember smiling at her as she turned to see who walked in. She turned back around and didn't say a word, continuing to work on her client's hair.
If I owned a small business and saw a new face walk in, I'd have welcomed them to my business and not ignored them.
I guess my experience stuck with me since I'm revising it after all this time. People need to know where a friendly and kick-@$$ salon is. Just being the latter doesn't justify poor customer service. Unless it's because she didn't want me back. Either way, I ended up finding a nearby salon that welcomed me from the start, and I have fun talking to everyone in there, stylists and other customers alike.
Didn't get that vibe here at all.

I desperately needed a haircut and Razz was able to book me an appointment in no time. The salon is incredibly clean and inviting and the stylists are all incredibly friendly. Jess did a wonderful job with my haircut and was great at still maintaining the length of my hair I wanted while also keeping it healthy. Channan the owner should be so proud of her staff as they are all so warm and friendly. Will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone!

Finding a skilled colorist is not an easy task in Southeast CT. Finding Channon was the best thing that has happened to my hair! She went above and beyond the call of duty after assessing my hair, skin, eyes & clothing choices to determine the best 'look' for me. Went back to RAZZ for a “it’s been 6-weeks” color treatment to hide the grays! Jessica did a fantastic job blending colors to give my hair the little boost of shine & reflection it needed. Then, she did a great blow dry & style to perfect it. I felt “done up” & pretty wearing just a little cheek color stick & some lip gloss. Love it & will be back!Services: Hair coloring

I relocated to the area in august and after having had a baby and putting my hair routine on hold for the last 7 months, I was so happy to step foot in a salon. After looking up salons and reading tons of reviews I decided on Razz and made an appointment to get a haircut. Jessica took amazing care of me.
