“First, ignore the negative reviews. None of the staff have an attitude and some customers have unrealistic expectations. Every company has their own polices. I often visit Essex Mail Mart, and I absolutely love the staff there! They are fair, honest, and extremely helpful. I was thrilled when they moved from their old location to the new spot in Centerbrook. Skip the big corporations and franchise locations and choose this incredible local company if you're nearby. They take great care with everything you plan to ship.”

“Very small, small town feel, 1 clerk but very friendly. Seems to know everyone by name. Very nice. No place to put prepaid drop offs but the clerk was nice enough to let me leave the packages at the desk. They were scanned in promptly!
