I have never went to angel tips && the first time I did they did me so dirty. They were all crooked, lumpy, and not the shape I wanted plus he was very rough , and tried to make me pay 65 for ugly nails when they said 45. ( i made the owner redo them) DO NOT WASTE YOUT MONEY NOR TIME, DON’T GO TO ANGEL TIPS!!
GO TO M&J THEY ARE WAY BETTER !

We couldn’t even experience their actual service bc they sat two people who walked in after us. My sister was trying to ask a question before this happened and the lady there in charge of welcoming people said she would be right back and never came to greet us. After being there for 20 mins she never once acknowledged us until a man who works there spoke to her in another language. It was too unorganized which made me upset because there were 6 workers seeing us come into the store. Why wait 20 mins to ask a customer what they are there for? To make it better she just kept pacing back and forth in the store like she didn’t know what she was doing. We left to another salon. It wasn’t worth waiting after reading other peoples reviews on top of this experience.

Wait in line and its a free for all 2 people without appointments were taken ahead of me. When I questioned they suddenly had appointments when I heard them say they did not.
I just left and went to Blue Lotus its a little more expensive but worth every penny to be treated with great customer service!!

Waited 3 hrs to get my nails done, and left not getting what I asked for. Each time I told the nail tech what I wanted him do, he added $5 or $10 more to the service. I wanted ombré nails and would have appreciated the tech telling me that he didn’t know how to do them. Instead he did what he wanted and at the end he told me he don’t know how to do it. Poor customer service. This was what he charged me for.

Place isn’t so good when it comes to cleanliness. Theres no care and expertise when it comes to how they do nails and care for the customer but yet they will demand a tip. And make a big deal of it when you can’t tip! It unprofessional and disgusting behavior. I came with cash and I am a teen by the way. I had $2 left to spare and the lady made a big deal of it. It was all I had and it made me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed that she’s react so terribly and complain about even the smallest tip when they don’t even talk to you and get see how your doing . What are you getting tired for, doing your job? The customer service is not there. Don’t even waste your time lady’s value your experience and your money somewhere more deserving not here!
