I went there to return my iphone for trade in and they didn't take because they didn't want to deal with me and the paperwork! I took the same iphone at a different att location and they got it right way! There were 3 employees just sitting there and doing nothing with no other costumers! I drove 30 minutes to go there last Thursday and return my iphone for which they give you 30 days or pay full price!! They told me I have to shipp it while the att operator said just drop it off at the nearest att store! They are very rude and they just dont care at all!!!!Stay away from this one!!!!! I have attached trade in receipt as well! Thanks for making me drive there and wasting my time! I am canceling all my 9 lines as soon as my contract ends!

Visited a Derby Ct store 7/5/2023@11:15 am. The representative was so tentative, knowledgeable professional and patient. I had an excellent customer service experience. She did d resolved my issues.

Was very frazzled on Wednesday, when my phone froze. The lady I called at customer service was unable to help me, so I decided to stop at the store on Pershing Drive, Derby. A young man, Kyle greeted me as soon as I walked in, was kind and patient as I went on and on about my phone freezing. Within minutes he was able to troubleshoot the problem and rebooted my phone. Very happy with the service today, thank you Kyle.

Horrible service! The guy that was working was rude and wasn’t even wearing shoes. Very unprofessional! Go to another Atat store if your want good customer service.

Aweful. The floor staff is inept. I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 30 years and they lost my business as I walked in the door. Went to Verizon. Staff is not approachable, helpful or have any sales initiative at all.
