Fruit went moldy on the FIRST day we had it. They called my grandmother after she wrote her review and had the audacity to tell her it was her negligence and it's "common sense" that fruit goes bad.....not on the first day. Rude people and waste of $150. Edit to respond to the owners response: Don't really wanna get credit for new fruit to just be moldy again. So as I stated, waste of $150 and fruit doesn't get moldy within a couple of hours of having it lmao so we were sent moldy fruit.

Ordered 2 indulgence trays of course as gifts they were delivered on time but unfortunately the strawberries and grapes on both trays were moldy. Very disappointed and embarrassed to give as a gift and to be told this!
Not happy!
I had given a good review to the company right away but was told later that day about the disappointment.

I would say they’re the best Edible Arrangements around. Great customer service, and on time Delivery thought I didn’t make it in time but they still made it happen. Most definitely would recommend!!

Don’t waste your time here. They have a new guy that is rude when he talks, doesn’t know what he’s selling and tries to push you to buy what he wants even when you tell him “no”. Tries to charge for two arrangements before hand because he is not sure if he can guarantee the one you really want and when you tell him you’ll not pay for something he’s not even sure you’re getting he has an attitude.Oh, let’s not forget the part that I was inside the store for a couple of minutes alone even with the phone ringings and he was inside a room doing god knows what.Really bad experience.
