When we walked in, we were greeted by smile and the representatives name was Luis. He sat with us for over an hour to troubleshoot and fix the phone and also to find us the best phone for our financial needs. It was one of the most easiest process that I have gone through and I will absolutely be back to this young man anytime I need anything done. Kudos on the back for doing a well job and actually caring about people and it not being a job for him.”
