“Went in for a water filter for the frig and came out with a new grill and a few needed accessories. Manny was very helpful - suggested a few things we needed for the grill, but wasn’t high pressure if we said we didn’t want something. The PCR system is very helpful b/c we have purchased many appliances over the years and they can look up what we have now so they can sell us the right part (in this case, a frig water filter). We have shopped at PCR for years as they have a good selection and any Bells or whistles that someone wants. I recommend buying extended warranty on any frig - we’ve had to use a couple of times over the years for different makes and models, and it’s always minimal hassle to get the repair or replacement for anything not working.”

I wasn't originally planning on going to the verizon store, I was planning on going to another big brand store, but something told me to try here first. I am soooo glad I did. I was instantly greeted when I walked in and I couldn't have asked for a better associate than John. Seriously, seek him out! He took his time explaining questions I had before I even asked them. He was patient, kind, well versed and funny. He helped me save money on my bill, my internet, streaming services and also helped me find the right phone and pricing for my son's first phone. There was absolutely no sales pitch or push. Just giving me solutions for why I came in and left me leaving with more discounts on things I was paying too much for. If you want a pleasant and easy experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Again....His name is John.”

However,I was surprised at the total lack of merchandising today. The end caps look like the merchandise was just thrown on the shelves. It was nice to be able to find all the items on my shopping list. Occasionally, we were even able to find items on sale that are a good value. The store is organized, and the aisles have plenty of room to navigate carriages without bumping into people or displays. There is a abundant selection of gifts for both the home and for children on your list. The check out system used to be very fast and efficient. Unfortunately, the self check out seems to always have some issues. Overall, there is plenty of parking and the positives outweigh the checkout issue and lack of merchandising.”

“I don't know what the people leaving bad reviews are doing wrong to get bad service, but every time I place an order for pickup through the app, it's ready for pickup by time I get there, and the staff during the day is always friendly. When I order coffee, they even give me a separate cup with creamer so I can make it as light as I would like. The pizza is always amazing when I order a whole pie. I love 7-11. I have a friend in Saitama, Japan who works at 7-11, too. 😊 The only negative thing I can say is that the coffee machine doesn't dispense the good iced coffee that the North Haven store has. Corporate needs to come to this store and modernize the coffee machine to add all the amazing new iced coffee flavors. That's my only complaint here.”

“This target is always my favorite in the area, it’s always the cleanest, largest and easiest to navigate. Although today I had a lot of trouble finding a specific battery I needed for my camera. Online it said they were in stock in aisle A1, but they were not there. Some of the employees suggested different areas in the store, but they were in none of those places. Team member Jordan SAVED ME! She was the last person I asked for help by the order pickup area before I left the store, she was able to get the batteries for me in under a minute and check me out. She was so sweet and just made my day!”
