Came in for a haircut to find out Tiffany doesn’t work there anymore after finding out last month all the previous staff left. Owner does not know how to retain good staff, completely unprofessional

Went in for a cut today and was greeted by Angel & Deb who are both very warm, very welcoming professionals that truly know their craft. I saw people's hair transformed right before my eyes as well as seeing the mop on my own head expertly cut in a style that gave me an instant confidence boost.
Give Great Clips a visit, you won't be sorry you did and you'll love the cut you get --I know I did!! See you soon Angel & Deb!! 5 ☆

I normally frequent Shelton Connecticut Great clips however after relocating due to a fire that destroyed my home I found ansonia Connecticut location is more convenient so I gave it a try and was not disappointed. Tiff , my hairdresser, was very kind and extremely accommodating. I didn't tell her what was going on just that I wanted something different because I was going through a change. she cut my hair twice to make sure I was happy. I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention that it's one of my favorite haircuts ever. When life is a mess it's truly the small things that keep you going. Thank you Tiff !

I took my grandmother to this Great Clips location, and unfortunately, her experience was very disappointing. The stylist she saw was foul-mouthed, rude, and carried on with inappropriate conversation topics that made her extremely uncomfortable. While the receptionist was very helpful and most of the other staff were polite and kind, it simply doesn’t make up for the one stylist who treated her poorly.
My grandmother also couldn’t help but notice that the entire staff has changed recently, which she feels reflects poor ownership and management. On top of that, she was told the dress code for the staff is very restrictive and she finds it very depressing. She mentioned that as an older woman, it’s unsettling to walk into a place where the employees look like they’re dressed for a funeral rather than a salon. It creates a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere.
While there are still kind people working here, the poor behavior of one stylist, the uncomfortable environment, and the oppressive dress code ultimately left my grandmother with a bad experience. The senior discount is ultimately not worth it, only about two dollars off the regular prices. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

This was a random find when I was trying to find a last minute haircut that I needed. I am so glad I came across this place as all the workers were extremely kind and helpful. They were also very accommodating. The stylist was able to get done for me exactly what I was looking for!

I went here for a haircut a few weeks ago and had a great experience! Management was extremely friendly and helpful. The stylist was also really great and did a great job with what I was looking for! I will definitely be returning her for myself and my kids!

Walked in the salon on Thursday afternoon and was welcomed by a friendly staff,who made me feel comfortable, I love my hair cut which was suggested by one of the stylist.
Will definitely go back.

Gotta say, every time I go to this Great Clips I always end up loving my cut. Emily does a wonderful job managing the store and of course gives wonderful haircuts.
