Tommy in the Derby location was extremely helpful with the paint and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about the paint brushes and he had no hesitation. I would definitely recommend his customer service and friendly attitude.

Just returned from the Home Depot in Derby,CT. My sister was looking for replacement blinds that needed to be cut. Eric F. was wonderful and was a big help explaining the installation instructions. Hats off to a great guy and a definite team player.

Took rental department is incompetent. Gentlemen doesn’t know what a truck is and said Penske rents the trucks and to go there. For the trucks. In their parking lot. Not to mention a complete jerk on the phone. Go to Glastonbury instead that one at least knows what a truck is.

they need to do better at cross training employees. we waited over 40 min just standing there that the one person became available to help with blinds, disappointed to not even be able to leave with the product needed for our home. the lady wasn’t even nice about telling is we had to wait.
