Very knowledge and helpful with all my backyard equipment. They do their best to make sure everything is done right and if I had any issues, it was handled immediately. I've had my lawn mower, snowblower, string trimmer and tiller serviced here. They even offer pick-up and delivery! So convenient! Definitely recommend.

I was told a week and a half to 2 weeks, here it is 3 weeks later and out on vacation till the 18th? Maybe vacation should be in the winter months or you should be more honest when customers drop off their equipment I'm now with out a mower for over 4 weeks by the time you get back nice way to do business. Thanks for leaving my mower out in the rain for the last month. Hope you enjoyed your vacation though.

At first the owner was pretty pleasant however after the parts he sold me the parts did not fit he developed an attitude raise his voice and started yelling at me like I'm his child obviously he's been in the business all his life but it's time to retire or get better glasses totally unprofessional I want to support small business that's why I went there big mistake

They were slow to perform the required service to our generator.. Our generator was also returned to us with scratches which were not there when they picked up the generator. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are also unpleasant and unprofessional to deal with.

This place is amazing. I went in with my little one sleeping on my shoulder and a huge need for a snowblower. The owner immediately stopped what he was working on and greeted me with a warm smile and answered all my questions along with educating me with all the specs on the models he felt would be a good fit for my needs. We pulled the trigger and then I realized I can’t fit this monster snowblower in my SUV and he reassured me that they will deliver it for free and give my husband a demo on how to work the machine. I signed the paper and walked out with a huge smile and feeling good. The owner dropped it off and was so sweet and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ideal Engine & Mower, especially coming from another local business myself, I’m so lucky to be able to support local.

I felt so taken care of with the purchase of my new lawn mower. Very personable.I used the lawn mower for the first time today. So far so good. I love it!I plan on this being my go to place for my lawn and garden equipment.

I called about my mower needing service which I just purchased a couple of months ago. The man who answered the phone didn't seem to know how to work his own computer and couldn't find my purchase order. He asked for my number so that he could call me back to help. He never called back. Not ideal.

Nice people working here. They took care of my Toro equipment under the manufacturer warranty. I also bought a echo leaf blower and they took care of registration for the warranty and put it together for me.

If i could give them no stars i would warning stay away from this place rude and they can't fix it right sent them back pack blower lawnmower weed wacker snowblower they came back worse then when I bought them in and as for rude it like they are doing you a favor I can't believe that they are still in business
