People always pleasant and helpful. Free water tests are great snd they patiently explain how to add chemicals and give you a printout of your pool water test results. I highly recommend

Worse place im ever shop. I walk in to this place to get some items for my pool, they have no idea what they doing … 10 ppl waiting … next day i went there to do a return but this guy Austin (store manager) got so upset just because i want to do a return ,,, them start yelling and cursing over nothing.. and toldme to get out of his store . for no reason . Worse experience i ever had . I dont get how the have so unprofessional ppl working on a store …. Instead of helping the customer out , you get throwing out .. i will not recommend anyone to go there .

I went to Leslie's Pool in Derby to get a connector for pool hoses which they were either out of or their staff does not know what pool parts are. I had to walk the store several times myself to confirm they did not have it. The staff was not too helpful nor did they put too much effort in offer to help me or other customers in the store, more concerned with talking to each other. I won't be back.
