The Derby location has an awesome, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff in each department. Employees go above and beyond and are always willing to help, offering assistance like loading heavy items such as blocks and mulch. Staff members are understanding, courteous, and in the right line of work, making customers very happy and grateful. The store is easy to shop with aisles that are not cluttered, making it easy to find what you are looking for, especially with the knowledgeable staff available. This helpful and friendly service is a reason many choose this Lowe’s location for their home improvement items. However, it is noted that the customer service desk can sometimes have people who are argumentative and mean, both with customers and other employees.
Had a bit of difficulty finding what I was looking for. No associate around to ask. Took much longer than necessary to find a bucket. Poor signage labeling.

It’s employees like Sheri that make me only shop at lowes for home improvement items. Knowledgeable and friendly is just what you need when looking for specific items. She truly goes above and beyond. Love this location for that reason.
