Excellent experience,I signed in and did everything ahead of time and I was taken almost as soon as I sat down. My care provider was AWESOME at the Derby location,great experience,great people! Usually I bruise badly after getting my blood drawn but not this time. ??? would highly recommend.

I’m usually make an appointment online prior to my arrival…and before I knew that the staff have always been accommodating to me. Very pleasant for the past 3 years…. Jamaican lady was very nice from past experience and knowledgable …and today 4/23/24 the young lady was nice and helpful…thank you both… really appreciate the kindness….because it goes a long way….i drive 30min away to come see this Quest office!! Oh BTW in and out before you realized that you fast for this appointment!!

My technician was great. Very professional and very adept at venipuncture. Two of the blood tests ordered by my doctor were not performed at this Quest branch. She found a lab that does perform these tests and even offered to make the appointment for me. Made blood test almost pleasant!
