Last time I come here for an appointment . They didn’t have any of my information on file even though my family’s been coming here for years . Then I was made to feel bad for asking for a more experienced person to poke me . Sorry not into being pricked in multiple locations . If you don’t mind being a Guinea pig then come here . Very low character .

I've never had a problem here, schedule online and usually in within 10 minutes of the appointment window. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating.

Loooooooong wait even I had an online appointment. Shortage of employees and no receptionist available. Everyone in the waiting room complained. No one told us the expected waiting time. Appointment at 12:40 and being called at 1:05 p.m.

This quest has a ridiculous wait time for walk ins. They shouldn’t take walk ins if it’s going to be a 2 hour wait. The lady really didn’t even want to help when I asked her when I am next, all she said was there needs to be a next opening and I had more than 10 patients walk in and out before me. When I did get called in it took all just 2 minutes to finish for a 2 hour wait. RIDICULOUS.

I was sad to see the review that said the employees here are rude. Perhaps I have just been lucky, but the several people who have dealt with me were really excellent. I can pass out when giving blood, and they talked me through it and relaxed me.

So far this is one of the fast labs n good communication with the lab tech i walk in n they took me in ! In 5 minutes I will comeback to this location in the future

I went here on 12/12/22 I didn't realize until I got home that I left my glasses there. My husband went back to ask for them and was treated badly. What's the hardship of returning a person's glasses?

The people that work there are rude, ignorant and down talk elderly. I will not return to that location or any quest location. You should retrain your employees to be kind to if you want customers. I feel horrible for the 80 year old man who is disrespected and turned away when he is very sick and needs his blood work. Do better.,

I'd give no stars if I could. Worst location ever. Attitude from staff, never have the tests that were ordered and they make you feel like that's your fault. No check your emails tablets or whatever because the tests were ordered and show up in MyChart. That's not what irritates me what did was out of the 2 workers I saw both ladies had an attitude cold shoulder stiff and rather snobby.and I wouldn't care so much except this was for a kid not myself. Highly unsatisfied. Will just rather be going to Yale in new haven instead of this place also it wasn't clean.

Went there to get my blood drawn on the morning of 9/6. the girl who drew on me was extremely rude. Complained the whole time about how her room was disorganized then chastized me for "not drinking water the morning of" my appointment. I've been a phlebotomist almost 10 years now and probably know more than her. First and last time I will ever go to this location again and I will continue going to Shelton.

This is the worst customer service , I don’t think they have a receptionist, you call the number and you can’t get anyone on the phone . Don’t walk in without making an appointment online they will turn you away. Also print out any lab orders because the won’t print it or give you there fax to send it over .

This place tortured my 2 year old! One of the techs obviously couldn't draw his blood correctly and had to get another tech to do his other arm!STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE TODDLERS! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!

I was the only person in the waiting room and they brought me in immediately. I met two phlebotomists who were friendly and helpful. The one who drew my blood was more than competent. In and out in 5 minutes. Super easy and simple. My doctor wanted my blood drawn early am so I’m happy to have found a Quest location that opens early. Great experience !
