So I go in there first time EVER AND LAST. I was nice to this lady, started out joking with her how my bleached tear turned blue. At my stylist told me my hair was porous and that's why it was turning blue and to go to Sally and get help getting a permanent color that was safer for pourous hair. Sounds simple right don't know why it turned to her having a tube with me after I got home with her cause I had to tell her 4 times can you help me she said I'm not here stylist, so I don't know!!!I said well how can you work in this store and not know the products to recommend for something that is very common and I did say to you ma'am that my hair turned blue and I recalled it again and it had the same reaction I told her the same story ad nauseum 3 times. She became frustrated and had to make sure she told me that I her customer and an empty store in an empty plaza, told tme "I'm pregnant and your making me upset!" What the heck?I said forget it I'll look myself and said, "How am I upsetting you asking for product help?" I did something to cause her pregnant self?It might have been OK had she not told a customer who walked in a minute later that she's better now when the other person came in I immediately walked out and it will never go there again she needs to get fired pregnant or not I didn't do anything and was in there a grand total of 5 minutes.Retail stores wonder why nobody is shopping anymore in them.I was standing there completely confused why so my one and only time in a Sally beauty supply store was negative because I upset a pregnant girl asking for help with a hair color for porous hair????????

I am sorry to say that despite my hopes to spend time in the store having pleasant and learned exchange with Manager - it was not to be. This is the second time that I attempted to learn more about hair care and hair dye products. The first time I spoke with Manager? always in back with inventory, I relayed that I hoped this was the store to purchase wholesale hair dye. I had been told that you could buy the white base in which to add the color to do on your own thus having a long-time supply vs. one application. Upon inquiry with this person - she appeared not impressed and basically said she never heard of this? I had stared and stared at the numerous aisles of products before I ever tried to take her time. Her manner was superior, curt and abrupt; and, I no longer wished to explore because it did not feel like she had the patience for me. So I left without buying anything. Note: Other times I have spoken to the younger girls who were always enthused and helpful; and, I did buy something. Well TODAY, once again I was stuck with the Manager? When I was at the front counter looking at the Store Recommended Sign on a product, I was shouted at from the back are you ready or do you have a Question? I said that I have a Question. So she shouted, "What is it?" I am thinking, can we not stand together and talk and look at the product here - so I asked her to come to the front. She mentioned something about having to walk all the way to the front. Then I told her that I was looking for a temporary product to add warmth to blonde hair. She told me this product would take out the brass. So, I expressed, 'Oh wow, I thought brass was only in red hair; and, she replied very flat, bored, 'No.' I then asked, 'Do you have anything to add warmth to blond hair; and, she said, "NO." I then asked about a temporary product for red hair and she pointed to an aisle at the bottom with a row of these products. I said, "Thank God." because with all the aisles of row after row of hair product, it's confusing. She said, "Well it's obvious this is the aisle to semi-permanent." IT IS?????? Then WHY am I asking all these questions??? Why are you a Beauty Supply Store and not wish to spend time helping Customers? THIS STORE IS NOT THE PLACE TO MEANDER, ASK QUESTIONS AND HAVE A PLEASANT EXCHANGE. The Manager wants you to GO AWAY, so she can continue to 'unpack' her Inventory and whatever else she's doing back there. I will not be back again.

Sally's is a beauty supplier for the public and professional trade. Located high up on a hill in a small plaza, there is ample parking available. They have a lot of haircolor products to choose from and everything that you might want or need for hairdressing, and cosmetology. Iam always taking my friend there for her haircolor and related products. If you are a licensed hairdresser just show your license so they can enter your imfo into the computer for a discount everytime. Highly recommended beauty supplier!!!!!

For such a small store I find it has a decent selection and always pretty clean, bright, and presentable. Employees tend to be friendly which isn't my cup of tea but others like it.
