“I use FedEx a few times a month and there is never a line, it's in and out within 5 minutes. People can be nice, they sell lots of supplies and other merchandise. The only problem is sometimes the package may be a day late, other than that it's a great place to mail packages and cheaper too!”

This is BY FAR THE BEST post office around!! Everyone from the, managers Melody and Joe (assisted me regarding a missing package) to the front Troitenaya, Sandra, and Ortega (who work hard and deal with the public with integrity and grace, as a team)!! They are family to me because I choose to go to THIS location instead of the horrible Derby post office. I get all of my business done here and they always know what to do and how to do it. I absolutely ADORE them and will stand by them! I have personally seen ALL of them deal with the “lovely” public and let me tell you, it’s not easy but somehow they remain professional and kind. Never have I ever seen them be “rude” or any other ridiculous lie I have read. Don’t believe everything you see especially by people who aren’t reliable sources. I go to this location at least 3-6 times a week so I’m a reliable source. Trust me! I only wish they had a self package check-in to help when the line is busy. THAT is my only wish and it’s not a complaint js it would help (but it is kinda small so I understand) lol. Thanks Ansonia post office family for all of your hard work and all you do!!!!”

After reaching out and trying to locate the package, the postal office and all their workers truly got together and worked hard on making this right I have a happy 16 year-old at home, all thanks to them not giving up. I truly appreciate it.”
