Dean Autoworks is the BEST! Steve & Jim at the front desk always give you in detail what has to be done. They give you an upfront cost, and the downtime they are working on the vehicle is FAST! I'm so happy I live in Durham and they are close for me. I won't go anywhere else. A++++

I need to be on the road for work most days, so a coworker recommended Dean's as a trustworthy shop that could provide a loaner vehicle. I've now brought the company car here twice and will continue to do so for any repairs. Fast, professional, and courteous service from an extremely reliable team.

I love Dean Autoworks. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I drove in there yesterday when my tire pressure light went on. As busy as they were they checked my tires and found a leak in a valve. They repaired the tire and I was on my way in less than an hour. They're the best.

They are friendly, professional and working with the customer to best meet their needs. If you’re smart and a tow truck pulls up from this company refuse their service. They stole several items out of my car the morning after I had crashed and pretended they knew nothing about it. Gave me my camera back with all of the pictures deleted but I recovered the photos and was able to figure out who they were covering for, Sucks when the person you steal from is more intuitive then you. (Still missing bartending equipment, a BB gun, and the accessories to said BB gun)
