“WE ARE SO INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED BY JAY AND HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND TIMELINESS!! My daughter’s car’s muffler became very loud last night as she was driving. I called Pops Exhaust at 10:30 this morning, was told to bring the car down for them to look at, but it might not be something they could get done today. 20 mins after dropping her car off, she got a call letting her know that they had looked at the car, diagnosed a few issues and suggested that they fix the issue with the muffler and that the other issue could wait for now. They didn’t try to overcharge her just to make money and were straight up about what needed fixing today to make the car run better and not sound loud. 2 hours after my initial call, her car was fixed and ready to go!! I can guarantee you that we will be back with all of our cars for future fixings! Thank you so much Pops!!”
“I had to get my windshield replaced. Stone crack from the winter roads. Called up and talked to Peter Steben and he took the information and ordered the windshield. Set up an appointment
for installation also.
Brought in the car and the job was done on time. Excellent installation. Nice clean job. He handled everything with the insurance co.

“I have had several body repair jobs done at Victors over a couple of decades. Every time, the experience in dealing with them throughout has been unusually great. Tyler is very experienced and honest. Kyle (in "Mechanical Repair" ... for things unrelated to Body Shop work, like engines, brakes, etc.) was also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I have come to trust them very much, and they do very high quality work.
I recommend this AAA approved shop to anyone. If you are being towed after an accident, you have the right to tell the tow-truck operator to take you to your choice of shop. I am really glad I asked to go here, and I would make the same choice again.”
“Great customer service. My car was done exactly within the time frame they told me when I dropped my car off. I was sent there by Insurrance because someone backed in my front end while I was at work. They did an awesome job. If I ever need more work done I’ll definitely be going back to them! The lady at the front desk was awesome and was able to answer all my questions especially after I told her I got screwed over with an accident in the past.

“I went to Kenwood Auto Body yesterday to see if they could fix the rear bumper of my car. I backed into something and pushed in the corner of the bumper. The owner took one look at the bumper and said no problem he could fix it. 20 minutes later he had pushed out the dent and it looked great. He only charged me $50 to fix it. I had gone to Schaller Auto Body the day before and was told the bumper couldn’t be pushed out and they wanted to charge me $1700 to fix it. I would recommend Kenwood Auto Body for any type of body work. The level of service was excellent. I’ll never go back to Schaller again and I’ve gone there several times not just for body work but auto work as well.”

“I’ve been going to Hick’s Repair for years and I wouldn’t take my cars to anyone else. They are 100% honest and trustworthy. I first went to them after hearing about them from a guy I worked with who took his and his wife’s car to Hick’s. I had taken my car to one of those quick oil change places and they did a “free inspection” and told me I needed hundreds of dollars in repairs. Hick’s told me I’d been lied to and all my car needed was a filter replaced. I’ve been going back to Hick's ever since. You can trust Al and the guys completely and in today’s world of shady automobile mechanics trying to rip you off that is worth its weight in gold!”

“I was involved in an accident midway to my destination and my car was not drivable. Through GEICO AutoRepair XPress, I found Schaller Auto Body. Not being familiar with the area, I relied on reviews and wanted to be sure to post my own and gush about the quality of the repair work, their customer service, and their help through the entire process. First, they went out of their way to try to help me navigate the process with GEICO, and were proactive about getting my car off the tow lot - even more so than GEICO! They were very open and transparent about the repairs process, calling me to review my estimate and communicating clearly and promptly throughout the process. My car was completed on the scheduled release date, and the quality of the work was superb. Most of the front of my KIA Soul was replaced (including hood, grille, and bumper) and both looking at and driving my car, you would never guess it had been in an accident. The color matching was superb, and their inspection process was extremely thorough, ensuring that every detail of my car was repaired. The entire exterior was detailed and my car shined like it was brand new. If you're feeling nervous, as I was two states away while my car was being fixed, know you can trust Schaller!”
