“From when I first entered Caliber Collision, it was immediate assistance. To immediate action taken to start the process of repairing my vehicle. Adjuster was called information was sent. Appointment was made. I returned to drop off vehicle. Enterprise was waiting to pick me up to take me to Enterprise to take of Car Rental Paperwork. Cassandra was very helpful and was very transparent with the repair process. Work was complete in a timely fashion. And I went from rental car to my car a very smooth and painless transition. “I had such a wonderful experience at Olender’s! Jeff, the owner, was incredibly kind and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. I was originally told my car would need to stay overnight, but Jeff took a look at it and had it taken care of right away. The scratch was buffed out in about five minutes, and he even took the time to show me how he did it because I was curious!

“My son planned a day to Six Flags. Once parked, his passenger window wouldn't go up. The staff at Ace Auto drive him back to the park, and picked him up at the end of the day. They could have charged him for a part he ended up not needing, but instead was able to clean and fix the part. They went above and beyond! Honest, professional, and knowledgeable. If you live in the area, this is the place to go!!”
“If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. The only issue I have is I would have loved more communication from them about my car status, instead of me constantly calling them. When I did call, Cassandra was fantastic and returned a call very promptly. Cassandra helped me in many ways. She did not make me feel dumb for asking, what might have been seen as obvious questions, and stayed calm and assuring when I was starting to stress that I was hitting my max time with the rental.”
“I recently had surgery on my hand and as I was leaving a dr appt, I noticed something hanging from under my car. I tried crawling under and fixing it myself but that didn't work. Living off Rt. 5, there are an endless number of places I could go. Quality had a 4.6 rating so I assumed they were reputable. I was right! “My car was damaged and it was not my fault. My insurance was not paying for the repairs. There is no place better than Mastercraft. They took care of the insurance company and car rental for me. The work they did on my vehicle is flawless. Superior work. The car was delivered to me promptly with a bit of a delay due to supply chain issues but it was out of their control. The car was cleaned and like new when we picked it up!”

“Best local shop I have been to in a long time. They are kind, honest and friendly. I live down the road from the shop and the owner has offered to bring me home when they work on my car. I was quoted twice the amount for a battery at the dealership than what they quoted . I hadn’t been in the shop for a couple years but when I gave them my name and phone number they remembered my previous car they had worked on. If you need work done on your vehicle don’t hesitate, stop at Guy’s in West Suffield.”

“It's hard to find affordable and good places to do bodywork whether it's personal or insurance paid. I have used MAB twice for person fixed on my F150 that were very extensive, but not too expensive. I got estimated, knew what I was up against, saved some money up and got repaired. I love how they order parts first, paint, etc before ever needing the car, then when they are ready to work were they won't have to stop, they have you bring it in and return it Shortly after. It's a professional outfit with great people working there.”
