East Granby Public Library is a charming library located in a complex with other town buildings, offering ample parking for visitors. The library features a well-maintained interior with plenty of sunlight, beautiful plants, and a large blue turkey statue, a nod to the town's original name, Turkey Hills. Inside, the library has a cozy atmosphere with a grandfather clock and a self-serve coffee and tea station. The children's section is particularly inviting, featuring a large faux tree for kids to play in, along with computers, Legos, a train table, and a dollhouse. There is also a tween reading area and a significant collection of books organized neatly for all ages. For those seeking a quiet space, the library offers peaceful corners perfect for reading or working, with good Wi-Fi access available. Additionally, visitors can enjoy Doreen's Nature Trail, a serene path behind the library, honoring a former Library Director. Overall, East Granby Public Library is a delightful place for families, students, and anyone looking for a quiet spot to read or work.
Well appointed with personable staff. Looking forward to taking part in events and getting books, movies, puzzles, etc

I moved to EG fairly recently. Since it's a small town, we have a small library. I LOVE it. The librarians are exceptionally nice and helpful. It would be nice if the book selection were larger, but it's simply one of those economies in a small town. Kudos to all!
