“I had my 2003 silverado 2500 repaired there, brake lines replaced after rotting out due to cts destructive road salting, also my power steering cooler blew out from the same rotting out they fixed it properly, replaced my front bumper from where it rotted out, great mechanic's, fortunately I retired to Florida where my brand new pu (when I bought) can live like me to old age ?”

“I had an issue with my shifter and was able to get my car towed here on a Monday. I told them what I thought the issue was and was told they wouldn't have time to look at it until Wednesday. They not only got time to look at it early, but next dayed a part so that I was able to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and they gave me updates every step of the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by and Burhoe's is definitely that.”

“if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. i pulled over at the nearest auto shop after the cover underneath my car fell and was dragging while driving on the highway and no where near home or my usual dealer.
i was scared and had no idea what to do. The nice man noticed the situation i was in and instantly stopped what he was doing to remove the piece for me. i’m extremely appreciative and will be referring them to everyone i know.

“The Bloomfield, CT Firestone went above and beyond my expectations. I am an independent woman living an hour away from both work and family and every time I get either a flat tire or engine issues, I panic while Firestone always makes time to service my car. Even if they need to keep the car overnight, I still trust the fact that they will receive the part to make my car properly run again. The manager pulled me in the mechanic/ technician area to show me how damaged my rotors were and showed me the filter so that I could decide if I wanted to move forward with their service.
