“I have brought my dogs there on two occasions for nail trims. The staff are excellent and very friendly. They make my dogs feel comfortable. Prices are reasonable. This is my new go to pets store for my dogs.”
“The store manager Kari gave me a very good experience that i wanted to share, my son whos birthday was coming up in a few weeks, has become star wars obsessed, and in the toy isle they had some star wars action figures, and for a very reasonable price, I wanted to get him a little squad of storm troopers to go with the other figures i got him, but they only had one, i traveled to other dollar generals but only managed to find one more, I finally went back to the one in town where i asked Kari if there was anyway to order more and explained the situation, she said she would order more for me, i was very thankful but had my doubts that it would actually get done seeing how shes always running around super busy… but sure enough a few weeks later i went in and she notified me that she ordered a bunch of extra and they all came in!? She went above and beyond and because of her, my plans for my sons birthday present was accomplished just in the nick of time ?”

“The customer service in this store is outstanding! I don’t know the name of the gal I’ve encountered, but she is extremely helpful! I stopped on my way home from work one day and arrived 10 minutes after they closed. She hadn’t left yet, asked what I wanted, found it for me. I’ve never had that exceptional service anywhere else. Anything I need, I’ll look there first!”
