“Well first of all my husband and I has an appointment on Saturday May 11, we got there and computer was offline. Bummer. We've checked in via the text message that was a waste of time. If the system were down I would assume that it will notify us but I guess not. So we decided to go Quest Meriden. Same thing.
So we made another appointment for Monday. Everything goes as planned. Hubby went in first then me. I did not get the phoblotomis name but she was nice and seems professional. Although she did poke me twice one on my left arm and second on my right arm. She couldn't find the veins on the left it was quite uncomfortable because I can feel the needle goes left right like she was looking for the veins hmmm. I never had this problem before on both arms so SUS”

“Only gets 4 stars cause the young woman I had was an absolute gem. I got seen in a short amount of time and it was painless. But there was a tough talkin’ older woman who clearly didn’t like having to work or her job that put me off.”
