I have mailed cards to my friend, Susan Kiniry Holt in East Hampton, Ct...One, a week before Easter, and another before her surgery about 2 weeks ago...She still has not received them as of today, April 23, 2026....!!!!!!???????

When asked for assistance, employees were not knowledgeable and did not attempt to look into my case at all, and refused to help further.

Very rude and wont do their job. It is their job to deliver packages. Not excuses. Tired of not getting what i order and having to got through all the issues that this company comes out with cant give 0 stars but i would if i could. Hope they go under and gets privatized soon.
