Let me get this through to you whoever you are…it’s so annoying to have to think about how I was suckered by your staff every time one of your goons shows up to work his game on one of your unfortunate customers. I have to stop what I am doing and show him the couch and I have to stop myself from giving him any money, because I try to live my life by a certain code. I have leased before when I didn’t have another option, but I paid off everything happily because it was a honest deal and decision. I was given the facts about everything. However, the store I worked with has closed and the store that was in charge of my lease this time is shameful and I have no intention of paying any attention to anything other than the money being returned to me or at the very least the nice rug I ordered 8 months ago. It didn’t arrive with the sectional and in its place was an ugly white rug. I have 2 young children, I did not want it and would never get a white rug!! then go through the whole thing all over again, then he sends it to the boss and I am told that I will get my rug that Wednesday or Thursday. What a load of rubbish!!!! You ar….on 2 separate occasions pictures have been sent to the manager or supervisor of the horrible ripped couch that was supposed to have a small tear.
I was told that I could get some money knocked off my total balance if I didn’t mind a small rip on the couch. The couch had many rips and the biggest one appeared to be glued w/a very small amount of glue. The rip was the entire back of the cushion in a way that needed to be fixed properly to prevent more damage. It is the biggest of the many rips!!! e the worst kind of scammers.
I will never give you another cent!!! You should be giving me back all the money you have already successfully grifted me out of!

HORRIBLE STORE!! RUN!! You have better chances of better customer service than this store somewhere else for sure!! They don’t communicate in a timely manner, they are very unorganized, they don’t take accountability when they are wrong and blame the customer when they finally get fed up! They talk bad about each other to the customers. The manager Liz is very rude and all over the place. I miss the old team there. This is what happens when you hire the wrong ppl in a respected business. Can’t wait to be done with my payments so i can tell them to go where they belong! Eww

My experience with this Aarons was terrible. I ordered a bunk bed for my daughters birthday. On the day of delivery drivers arrived around 2:45 pm. We gave them their space to work but at around 07:30 we decided to get an update because it was getting late and i needed to pick up my daughter. My mom was watching her because i wanted to surprise her. When my husband went in the room he was surprised to find the guys not even close to being finished. They were screwing and unscrewing things and were not even close. So we called the store. They assured us they were almost done, which we knew they werent. At around 8 they finally finished and left. Didn't even say a word to us the whole time, even as they left the house. When i went to check out the product i was horrified. It looked terrible. None of the screws were in the right place it looked like they just went drill happy random holes and screws everywhere. The bed was not sturdy, could move easily, parts of the foundation were crooked and there were chipped parts and wood everywhere. Some of the screws were not even fully drilled. This bed was so poorly put together for the price i was going to pay for it over 4000 dollars and for the five hrs they were there we were extremely upset. Also this became a safety issue as this was for my daughter. We sent pictures to the store and were assured a manager would be in touch with us. The next day we didn't get a call so we decided to call them. At this point I just wanted the bed gone. My husband actually found the same exact bed for 700$ on Amazon. When I spoke to the manager let me tell you this was the most unprofessional woman i have ever spoken to. I am not sure how in the world she even gained that position. She was sooo rude and She immediately was hostile to us and exclaimed in an aggressive manner that WEEE were rude to her drivers and they said we were hovering.!?? This was not true at all, we gave them 5 hrs of space!! We became impatient in the end because they were fooling around and the product looked terrible at that point. She never even once apologized to us for our experience nor did she offer to make it better. She Placed all of the blame on us!! She was just full of excuses claiming that they never get bunk beds at this store, the product didn't have pre drilled holes, they were missing parts and that they were doing US a favor accomodating US and doing what they could with what they had and that we were ungrateful. She tried to gaslight me with no remorse and made it seem like we were the problem and an inconvenience to their store with our bussiness and how dare we ask them to build our bed correctly. Like I should be thankful for the trash job they left me with which wasn't even safe. Never ever did they say hey, we are missing parts do you want us to order them and come back or continue? The manager was super hostile and placed all of the blame on us, The paying customer. Anyways we had the bed picked up and guess what!? my husband ordered the bed on Amazon for $700 compared to the $4000 i would have paid them. Same exact bed he had taken pictures of the packaging from the previous bed to make sure, we really wanted this bed for my daughter. The product DID in fact come with pre drilled holes and he built that bed in about 2 hrs by himself!!!!! We were also able to see what an actual messed up job they did by doing it ourselves. Honestly I dont even think they once read the instructions. Save yourself some money and a big headache, do not give this place your money or business. I promise you it's not worth it. Their customer service is trash and they have no integrity or respect for what they do or for their customers. From my experience they don't really care for the business. Aarons is not cheap, the least they can do is have some respect for their products and customers.

The manager at this location calls my job when I am a few days late not even my references or personal cell I have asked her not to call my job she tells me I am a few days late in an rude way I been a loyal paying customer for 2 years and have not let my account go past 1 week past due she calls my job after just 1 day of being late. I reached out to customer service trying to connect with her supervisor the response is they while reach out and never do and she still calls my job before my cellphone. I emailed the regional manager now sent the CEO an email about this manager she doesn’t stop I was told by Aaron’s customer service they must contact your job after months of non payment not after a few days not just one day.

I am very very upset right now by the customer service displayed by a manager at this location every time this lady calls me her tone is not friendly, very unprofessional and hostile , I let her prior agent know that I wasn’t feeling well I I Will call back . She claims she on speaker which has nothing to do with tone and delivery when your asking for a payment via phone. They call everyday harassing after I stated I will make payment on set day she speaks as if i owe her money personally ," using the calls are recorded " as a tactic ,you should use that recording to hear yourself speaking !

I went there because the website was having issues, and honestly I'm glad I did. The manager was who helped me with my purchase and she was beyond helpful. Super friendly and personable. Made my purchase super easy. If your looking for a rent to own purchase I highly recommend this location. Top notch all the way.

About two weeks ago I ordered a washer and dryer the Aaron's worker Miquel arrived unfortunately the item I selected would fit where the hook up was. So of course I was disappointed, but then Miguel suggested that I look at the portable washer and dryer he stated it would work better for me and will fit in the space that the hook was. So I swap the one I order for the portable my items were delivered today and once again Miguel was great him and his Co worker Juan had no trouble bringing it up to the third floor once both item where upstairs the bith immediately starting working on putting the parts that had to be put on they worked together as a team that's very important for customer service you have to be a team player. Before leaving Miguel and Juan both explain how to work both items and giving me the dos and the donts as well. I've worked in customer service for years and when Im purchasing a item I expect great customer service from the employees. So ? up to Miguel and Juan great customer service and did it with a smile you guys really impressed me that now I want a bedroom set and Miguel gave me some suggestions on that as well. Aaron's should be pleased on having Miguel and Juan being apart ot there Company... thanks again guys⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

You wrote a review for Aaron's 4 minutes ago 2/12/2022 I am a employee that works in this location. They recently hired a new GM, that has ONLY 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE! This is the laziest manager I have ever see in my 25 years in sales. Not only does she not allow specific maile workers take so much as a ciggarette break (5min max), but she allows any femaile emplyee leave whenever they want withour having to even punch out. Her knowledge of the products in novice at best and she likes to belittle her staff out load in from of customers which makes us horrified. Anything can come out of her mouth. She didnt set the showroom up right, for example we are supposed to have a refreshment area w/coffee for customer waiting. Lets other employees come in late and will not even acknologing it, but other can take a smoke break-unless they log out for 30 MINUTES! Treatment of customers is no better and has a cold heart and will not go above and beyond for them. Maybe since she has only 6 months at Aarons, and now GM, she treats the associates like we are her subjects like she is royalty. Never LEAVES HER DESK, just barks orders to associates that are already doing something else. "Try giving a helping hand" BAD NEW MANAGEMENT= UNHAPPY ASSOCIATES= FILTERS DOWN TO TERRIBLE SERVICE. I loved it there until she showed but help is needed to remove this novice from the position here she is definitley NOT CLOSE TO BEING QUALIFIED FOR!
