Always ask them to physically go put their hands on the part, put me on hold, or leave me on, or call me back. I'm not driving anywhere to have them say, oh our computer showed we had one. Mine S well order online for pick up.

The person I spoke to was not very helpful. She sounded frustrated. I was surprised, I always found them to be helpful and friendly. Everyone has an off day though. I will go back to Advanced Auto.

Customer service was very helpful ? and there was a lady out side that needed help with her car and the employee came outside and help her for over 30 mins and when I left was still helping her .great experience definitely recommending this location 10 ? .
