I visited the branch today to make a deposit. I was the only customer waiting for a teller. The middle teller was available and just looked at me without asking may I help you. I went to his window without the teller saying hello or may I help you. I told him what I need done. He looks in my account told me my balance out loud with other customers hearing my balance when I did not requested it. I NEVER had a teller say my personal information out loud. I finished my transition. I did not receive a thank you or an good day. It showed clearly he does not want to work here. His attitude was terrible. Not a friendly teller experiences at this branch.

I would give a zero if an option as a small business owner. I followed all their instructions to obtain an IRS confirmation letter directly from the IRS with my business EIN #. After receiving the letter, I'm then told that they can't accept it because the IRS didn't include the LLC. The customer service rep at the IRS tells me it's a legal document & therefore cannot be modified in any way & they should accept along with the concord screen shot outlining the business! If your a small business don't waiste your time! VERY TIME CONSUMING to get no where!

What type of bank updates their bill pay system which is not compatible with other financial institutions, AND FAILS TO INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS? This practice is borderline fraudulent, and frankly makes me think your money is not safe here.

American Eagle Financial Credit Union has been giving horrible service to members who have been with them 20+ years. I once loved this credit union. And I'm sadden to see how many bad reviews they are currently getting. They are no longer carrying like they once where. No I do not recommend this credit union to no one. Their services have gone down the toilet. They are putting restrictions that make no sense at all. They should change their name to American Eagle Bank cus they sure are not acting like a credit union like they did before.

American Eagle Financial Credit Union was once a good credit union. They are treating members who have been members like myself 20+ years horrible and service has also gone down the toilet. I no longer recommend this credit union to friends, family, or new customers. Stay away. Find another credit union like I will be doing soon too.

They are awful since eva has taken over as branch manager. They lock account with no notice. They never have a clear answer to what is going on

I added a new number to my online banking account. They decided to block my account so I can't log it. When I call to get it unlocked, the response is "it's the weekend, you have to wait until monday". I am incredibly disgusted that I can't access my money for the whole weekend. At least the banks are around 24hours for you.

Fix your absolute garbage ATMs. They work about 25% of the time.Editing because once again, the ATM function is down. If I want to speak to a teller, I'll go inside. It completely defeats the purpose of the convenience of an ATMEdit #2. This week the card function has changed. Now I'm getting "your transaction cannot be completed". It's now been down 3 out the last 4 times. 75% failure rate. Why am I continuing to use you guys as a bank?

I was a member with American Eagle federal credit Union for over 33years. I apply and cannot get a loan I Would tell minority don't bank with American Eagle Financial Credit Union . My credit score was over 700 I will close my account with them.

More Americans need to get their passports so that people can remember it’s a LEGAL FORM OF ID. Literally live two doors down from the bank and they want a photo ID with address, PROOF OF ADDRESS, and a social security card to open an account. Moving on to another bank, especially one that is veteran friendly SMH.

I have been a member of this institution as long as I can remember. Today, I was on hold for one hour, with nobody in sight. I couldn't hang up as my I made a "future data" transfer for today, but it was declined because my credit card was hacked over the weekend. Anyway, the operator doesn't even apologize that I was on hold so long. There were 11 calls ahead of me, so I just multi-tasked, no big deal as I had to speak with them so they wouldn't charge me a late fee for not paying my balance due. Anyway, while on hold they tell you how many other calls are still ahead and when I was last in line, no one picked up and I continued to hold an additional 25 minutes. I don't understand why the phone lines are always busy and the wait times ridiculous. I'd avoid them if you are looking for a new bank, and I am quite seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for listening. I hope this assists others when making this important decision on where to bank.

Horrible!!!! They charged me $41 on a closed acct and then that caused it to lock out money in my other acct I have with them, When I asked what the charge was they couldn’t tell me cause it’s been 9yrs and there records don’t go back that far, So I have to pay money for something no one can tell me why?

Been a customer for more than 15+ years and getting a loan from them is horrible. They make offers and then deny folks. This is no longer a credit union is more of a regular bank. I think I might consider going elsewhere. From 2020 on, this credit union has gone downhill. I always recommend folks but I won't no more. Go elsewhere.

Customers service doesn’t exist they will lock your card with no text or email or reason why,has to be the worst place to put your money. They will lock your card on a Friday an you will have to wait till Monday just to talk to someone. The Worst.
