Apna Bazar is a premium store and the largest Indian grocery in the Hartford area. It is a huge, well-maintained, and clean one-stop shop for all ethnic grocery needs. The collection is vast, with a great selection of everything from fresh produce, high-quality vegetables, and fruits to dairy, dals, authentic spices, savory snacks, meal kits, frozen meals, sweets, rice, and atta. Halal meat, chicken, and fish options are available with multiple choices on cut and sizes and quick service. The store is very well organized and easy to navigate, making the shopping experience smooth and comfortable. The prices are affordable, reasonable, and much cheaper compared to other stores, with weekly specials and sale periods. The customer service is outstanding, with friendly, helpful, and responsive employees and management. The overall experience is amazing, budget-friendly, and highly recommended.
Great place to get vegetables, they even had sour sour/gongura. People who worked there were so nice, asked for refill on gongura and they went and got new ones for us. They even sell Samosas for 2 for $3 (potato only). They were all really nice and very clean!
