After leaving three calls for the Service Department I finally reached the Manager and was met with "yeah, we're busy. What do you need". My response was I apparently need a new alarm company. Called last week and left a message for the billing department. No response...I've was a client of yours for 31 years. Terrible how you treat customers!

They left me with no choice so here is my honest review/experience because it’s now deserved and hopefully it helps someone avoid similar experience with them.I, being a small business owner, have to really reach a point to write a bad review about another business but when they are not helping and being unfair, I think people should know so they know what’s in store for them so they can do business with such businesses at their own risk/discretion.I started having issues with my system so they said they need to upgrade my panel to 5G. So I did! I received the bill immediately so paid over $400 just to upgrade. Now the panel does not work half the time and mostly shows false armed — so basically the system says it’s armed but it technically isn’t. Why am I paying for a security service when it’s not even securing my business? I mean a security company is supposed to stand behind their service but this has honestly made me loose all my trust on them. They haven’t helped, they apologies (a lot), don’t or can’t find solutions, they don’t take notes, they don’t pass along messages like they say they will, and they don’t come help - these are my experiences with them. It’s been way too long and no one is owing up to the issues I’m having. As long as things are working smoothly, they are good. They send bills pretty quickly too (like most businesses do) but if I need support, forget about it. There support, in my opinion, is absolutely horrible - sorry support team but it’s true. They do follow up religious on bills if there is one outstanding though. I will give them that. But if I have an outstanding issue - I’m on my own because they have been sending me in circles for over a month now. Imagine this - I’m paying for security, listened to them and upgraded my system and now for over a month my business is not even secured because I don’t even know when I arm my system thinking now it’s armed and being monitored and had some security, it’s completely false because I get a false armed confirmation. So basically since all payments are made, no one is showing up to fix anything. I’m absolutely frustrated so hopefully this review won’t fall on deaf ears.

Horrible experience with the HR person, Controller and Tracy from Billing department. Chasing my refund for over 5 weeks and no one is being helpful to the extent that they just hang up on me when I call and never respond to my messages or request for call back.

I have an account with Associated Security Corporation and they called my front desk receptionist calling her an indian and that she is in trouble for having some sort of malfunctioning hidden cameras. When my front desk asked for a call back number and name so she can forward it to me the rep on the phone laughed and hung up(yes this is all recorded) When I called them back to find out what happened the rep then forgot to put it on hold and said "do you want to deal with these indians" and hung up the phone on me. I called back and now a gentleman picked up and said " i'll transfer you to the manger" and hangs up. I called again and forgets again to put me on hold and says "I wasnt suppose to pick up his phone i'm transferring it don't pick up" then proceeds to transfer me and the lady who initially made the derogatory statements picked up and says "oh f*** I wasnt suppose to pick up" and hung up I then called again and the same guy picked up and says "I didn't hang up I was transferring you to the owner" and I said then why all the derogatory statements and I then proceeded to tell him that I will send all the recordings to my attorney and he said his calls are also recorded. Just to put it out there I AM NOT INDIAN. I recommend not using them at all (this is not the first time i'm having an issue with them) and I will be canceling my account with them asap and recommend any minority owned companies to do the same due to Associated Security Corporation being a company that only caters and respects a majority race.
