This branch has horrible service. We have had so many problems over the years. Amongst the problems, the worse ones were: They gave us falsified bills once (unacceptable) and they just LOST 5 checks that we deposited a few weeks ago. And now they’re saying it can take 90 days or longer for the funds to be available to us. This is unbelievable. If you made a mistake, you should fix it faster than that. And they’re also saying we need to ask our customers to put a “stop” on the checks. But there is a fee to do that, and who is going to pay?

It has terrible customer service, its employees are despotic and ineffective. If you are looking for someone who speaks Spanish, never come to this branch.

My husband I went to open a joint account and the first sentence we heart from the staff member was “are you sure you want to do this?”. We were confused so asked further and the guy said that “she will take all your money.” We didn’t know how to respond as these kind of comments aren’t that funny. The staff immediately started laughing and were telling us it was just a joke. We thought it was very offensive but didn’t want to create a scene so we left. Both of us have separate accounts with Bofa but we are going to close them and open it elsewhere. This subtle misogynist comments shouldn’t be humoured. They are in absolutely poor taste.

Katy is professional, friendly, and goes out of her way to ensure customers’ needs are met. She is the saving grace of that store. In addition, there is another young man there who was very helpful but I didn’t get his name. This review was originally about Adrienne’s behaviour. However, I have since gone back and she has made a tremendous 360. She was pleasant, helpful and friendly. I believe my feedback was incorporated which makes me feel heard. I will continue to patronise this location.

Although I do not reside in this area, my workplace is in close proximity, and as a result, I have visited this Bank of America branch on multiple occasions. During each visit, I have encountered lengthy queues and only a single teller available to assist the customers. While I have experienced excellent customer service at Bank of America branches in certain areas, the conditions at this particular branch are markedly poor. This observation prompts me to consider the factors that distinguish these towns from one another. You should set a standard for all in my opinion

Went here a few times and had a great experience, only because of Wesley , who was professional, friendly and quick to fix issues we had due to another branch location. 10 stars to him !

I've recently moved.and went to this branch to withdraw for my disabled daughter. I've been doing this monthly for 5 years. Today I presented my CT. License and offered my passport as a second. This now requires a Manger override. Alicia was busy so I sat at the counter waiting, and waiting and waiting. I finally left.

They never have enough tellers working in this office. Always a line out the door. You would think they would have at least have 2 tellers working a day

4 people waiting to see customer service rep 30 minutes....see 3 customer service reps on their computers and phones...! No one comes out to greet or say we'll be right with you! I want to add a photo of one rep sitting back looking at his phone... ignoring customers. Leaving and won't be back!

Is it possible to give a zero star review? They never have enough towers the line is always out the door there’s one person for about 50 people when everyone else is just hanging out or walking around they are extremely extremely rude if you’re going to have a bank in East Hartford you should have enough tellers to help all of the people this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had and if you ever try to say anything to them they will argue with you and fight with you the employees are absolutely horrible they also don’t have a drive-through which was that only saving grace If you go to this bank expect to be there for at least an hour because again they only have one teller
