Yeah she good at pedicures but not doing nails. She charged me more for a refill on acrylic then the actual full set I paid for. When I ask to get full set done over instead of fill she told me no. No one tells me f??cking no when I am paying for it. And the little bit of acrylic she filled my nails with and use my nails being Long as an excuse to over charge me instead of adding extra and charging for full set and my nails thin as hell. So I will take my business elsewhere where.????

I had an amazing experience with Vicki and she did a great job on my nails!!!! She is pleasant to talk to and she actually cares about her customers. She educated me about my toe nails and taught me a way protect them from splitting. She has been in business for 27 years and she knows what she’s doing ? I will be back!!!Services: Acrylic nails

She’s very nice and I love how she did my nails, she shapes them practically perfectly. Her pedicure is ok I wish she scrubbed a little more, but other than that she did a great job. I will definitely be going back.

This was mines and my sisters first time here and I recommend 100 percent. The picture doesn’t do Justice at all. Vicky was the nicest person we have met in a long time. She makes you feel so comfortable that you forget you’re in a nail salon. The price is affordable and I will definitely be coming back.Service: Pedicure

Called to book an appointment and the nail tech was very rude. Asking all sort of stupid questions. She asked if I know she works by herself? Very unprofessional. Stay away from this place.

Greeted nail tech upon entering & requested availability to get man/pedis for my Granddaughters. She looked up, frowned & said nothing!We made a U-turn, exited and will NEVER return!!!!!

Terrible customer service!!! I went inside just to ask how much a mani-pedi is because I was shopping close by, when I went inside a lady said "no appointment" no service which I understand so I explained to her I just wanted to ask for prices and she was very rude and said "you cannot read? You no see sign?" which I did because it was a small sign in a corner so I told her thank you and walk out because she had no reason to have an attitude with me. Zero stars!!!

Nice nail salon in East Hartford, CT.Salon is located in a small plaza, there is ample parking.The salon space is big, and very clean. The owner is very personable and professional. Owner and nail technician works fast. The prices are reasonable.

Had a very weird technique that made me and my friends nails extremely painful. Wouldn’t stop talking about how much better she is than other nail salons. Said her nails lasted 6weeks, mine lasted a week at most. My friend cant take one of her nails off bc her real nail comes off with it.
