I wouldn't go here if you're looking for them to help you with the best deals. The guy was nice but he kept repeating himself when asked what's the cheapest phone he would go between one that would cost $190 and one that was upwards of $230 plus the $25 activation fee and I was going to need a case and screen protector. They do not have the customers best interest in mind in this store. They want to charge you the most they can. Had I went through with getting my new phone from there for the same items I would have paid $190+$25+$25(case)+$19.99(screen protector)+$19.99(headphones) so over $280 I would have spent Vs $150 and change.Ive been loyal to the new Britain Ave I'm Hartford Cricket for 7 years and I'll never stray again. They're always super helpful they show you all the ways you can get things fo cheaper. Even though I had no upgrades available at this time they recommend I add a third line which will only cost me $10 extra a month my bill for two lines is only $55 and by adding the third line I got my preferred phone, with a case, screen protector and free headphones since the phone doesn't come with a charger block. The Hartford location did this all for $151.17.When the east Hartford main St location wanted $190 for just the phone, not even including the $25 activation or anything else. So also in a few months I can remove the third line if we don't end up adding anyone else to use the third line. I RECOMMEND the NEW BRITAIN AVE HARTFORD location avoid main St East Hartford unless you're just paying your bill or something.
