The drive thru is HORRIBLE!! Almost always closed because they have “short personal” when there is 4 or 5 employees there. Then they are chatting and laughing while people are standing there waiting for them to acknowledge you, for them to announce that they are closing for lunch. Laughing and making fun of the elders while at it. Nasty behavior of their employees

I've been going to this CVS for 12 years I had a problem at one time they made me feel like I wasn't a person that they would be interested at the pharmacy at one time but that is all been taken care of it's a great place to go to I would recommend it if you're looking for a place they listen when you have a problem and they correct it thank you

How is it that i get to the pharmacy at 510pm out from work and they closed. People need there meds unacceptable

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to.I tried to pick up prescription and they told me that I have over a 900.00 co pay so I called my insurance company and he said that it was a mistake and I should continue to pay 25.00.
At first they didn't want to talk to him so I waited for someone to help me at the counter so they send over a new employee and she said that I have to get my doctor to approve the medication, WHAT.I told them that I recieved the medication 3 times before with no problems at all.So I went back to another pharmacy and had no problems. This CVS is too small to handle the volume of customers it has.you have all these people working behind the counter and nobody knows what's going on
The other thing is that the lines to get prescriptions are way to long you have 2 registers there ,use them.

Scheduled an appointment here to get a flu and covid vaccine. The pharmacist charged medical insurance they had on file from a job I had over 5 years ago and said she couldn't make any changes. "Well the charge went through and was accepted. You should be alright," she said. And this young lady went to grad school. 😂

I given this a two for the Supervisor racial profile me thinking I was going to steal.
Other than that my trip was great with Pharmacy especially the cashier and the lady that help me with the flu shot. Will just use the drive thru so I don't have to see that racist woman again.

This is by far the worse CVS! The front desk young man and young “supervisor/manager” horrible service and just plain rude! Even to the elderly! He was asking a question and she just brushed him off. He had another question on receiving money she rudely said well come tomorrow I cash out at 6. Oh well! Like what!!! Customer service??
No apologies.
When I go up the young man hands me my change 77$ and she sees me counting and says click on the pin pad. I look up and she rolls her eyes and prints it out. I am still counting my damn change! Give me 2 seconds! Took everything not to flip out!
Like if we don’t come here YOU don’t have a job! You hate it with that young man then quit! Give it to another person who would appreciate it having a job at a damn SlOW store!
And the young man walking around with a headphone on well no wonder you couldn’t hear me after repeating myself 3x!

I recently switched my prescription pickup location to the CVS on Silver Lane in East Hartford. Mainly, because it is closer to where I live. I am quite impressed with the speed and accuracy of this pharmacy! Seeing the staff working so diligently, well organized management. Under extremely busy customer flow, the pharmacy staff, is calm, informative and always polite. Thank you silver lane CVS for all you do for your customers ❤️

I tried to give this location another chance today. When I arrived, the sliding front door wouldn't open. An elderly woman on the inside couldn't get out. I couldn't get in. Another customer finally came to assist and pried the doors open. I'm sitting in my car now and an elderly couple is ready to walk away because the door isn't opening to let them in. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS for customers in the store in an emergency if they are not strong enough to pry doors open.
