Their pharmacy is the worst. You wait hours in line and hours on the phone. It is absolutely crazy. Switching pharmacies their are so bad.

Went to pick up Tylenol and I had to have someone unlock the case and the clerk and my wife were waiting and this super rude manager was a real jerk to the young clerk no reason!!!!!

My son on severe mental health medication which messes with his appetite he ask the doctor to get him strawberry pedicure because the first time he got the vanilla he didn’t drink it that’s was very hard and hard for me to feed him now they gave me 6cans and and two boxes of vanilla. The prescription said strawberry because my son won’t eat or drink plus I realized the order that was given to me was short too man are you guys just slow or just don’t care ?? I don’t get it . How can I report this

I been coming to this CVS location for years now. Always a good experience. Liam has been great. He is very knowledgeable, and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to resolve any issue. I won't go anywhere else.

This CVS is more professional then the others I've used in the past. Very kind courtesy helpful informative Patient and very attentive to the customers. I switched from 1CVS to the CVS because of that reason

Spent the entire day jumping through hoops getting a prescription moved here today because I couldn't get it elsewhere and they told me they had it in stock. After going through my doctor, insurance, etc., I call back to let them know it's all set, and they then tell me they are out. Would never do business with this location ever again, absolutely horrible customer service.

After going through my doctor, insurance, etc. (needed authorization for brand over generic), I call back to let them know it's all set, and they then tell me they are out. I spoke to them three times today trying to sort it out, each time I was promised it was in stock. Would never do business with this location ever again, absolutely horrible customer service.

Craig, the manager at this location is the rudest person I’ve ever met. He should not be allowed to work in customer service. Called me stupid for no reason out loud in front of my face when the self check out said it required a swipe from an employee. Get this man fired. All reviews complain about him if it’s not about the pharmacy

I contacted cvs in early November regarding significant concerns I have over the administration of a vaccination.The staff did not follow protocol and now I don’t know if I was given the covid booster or flu shot. Since early November I have reached out to corporate once with a hand written letter, twice with a phone call to corporate, and twice with messages on Facebook. No one is calling me back to discuss the issue and confirm what I was given. DO NOT use this pharmacy it is dangerous! I now have to pay to get a lawyer involved to verify what I was given and confirm protocol was NOT followed.

Just switched my pharmacy from stop &shop to cvs due to them closing. I was shocked at how archaic there systems are. To pick up a prescription you don’t just pay you have to answer about 6 questions on a swipe pad. If you go to their online web site signing in is a joke. I didn’t realize how good I had it at stop & shop.
