Most pathetic pharmacy I've ever encountered in my life. I have to have hypoallergenic formula ordered each month, paid for through my insurance... this cvs just outright refuses to order it for me. They come up with some excuse and then just refuse. They're supposed to AUTOMATICALLY do this. They never do, I never have formula, and end up having to pay ridiculous amounts out of pocket. Every time I have to pretty much beg them to help me. I'm going to look into getting a lawyer and filing pharmacy negligence claim.. This seems like malpractice. I'm done.

This review is for management considering I was yelled at on the phone that I would not be receiving a call from them for 3 months from now. I placed an order through Caremark for my medication days in advance. It was not until I was almost completely out that I called to see what was taking so long. They were out of stock, however assured me it would be in by noon today. When I called, the woman, Christine, became extremely condescending and laughed at me. She told me I would not be getting the medication today, and laughed that this was not the answer I wanted, as if the medication is a choice. She repeatedly told me my medically necessary medication was not her problem, and that she would not be helping. This was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had, all because I asked to speak to another person to figure out my medication. This felt like she was having an ego issue. If this is the case, find a new job. This is beyond unacceptable. You are in this field to help people, and for patient care, not to put them down.

The pharmacy is a joke. It used to be top notch. 90% of the women that work there are rude as hell, and should probably find a different field to work in. They do not listen, they do not help. They brushed my wife’s prescription off and said it was requested to be transferred to a new pharmacy which was not the case. They did that, all because they can’t comprehend what a goodRX is after we’ve explained it 3 times to 2 different people. We have been using this pharmacy for years, but that is changing as of today. Get it together CVS. Absolutely ridiculous to be toying with peoples medications because you don’t know how to do your job.

Went in today to get a passport sized picture for a CCP renewal. The (lazy) employee didn't want to do his job so he said the machine was broken. Funny that Walgreens down the road was willing to take my money. Maybe I should move all my prescriptions over there too, they clearly want my money

Barbara in pharmacy (the pharmacist?) was amazing and really helpful when we needed a prescription filled as soon as possible. CVS in general keeps cutting back on hours and on staff, but it's not like we have a great local pharmacy as another option.

By far the worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with . The African-American lady is so slow , I went 2 separate occasions. Once for my son another time for me . Both times I watched her stand behind the computer screen do 100 things in between helping me . Told me it’ll be ready in 20 mins and got my meds an hour later . No communication what so ever . I would highly advise anyone if they go to this cvs not to deal with this lady because you’ll be there a while .

The attendant behind the counter at the pharmacy was surprisingly rude. Just asked me my last name 5 times in 30 seconds and made it sound like it was my fault she had trouble remembering it. I will never use this place again if given the chance because my previous experiences with their pharmacy weren’t much different.

They give you a receipt a mile long with all kinds of coupons tried to redeem one used the same phone number I always use lady at the counter tells me that number dosen't correspond with the number on the coupon WHAT? Could not use the coupon a total rip off why don't they just save paper

Normally a decent experience at this CVS store, however, one of the frontend cashiers needs more training. On 3/27/22, she was stuck on refund without a receipt. She took a while (maybe 10 minutes) before calling her manager to respond for assistance. The manager came, impatiently resolved the issue, and quickly left. The line was growing. It was then my turn and the cashier didn't know how to complete my MoneyGram transaction. Over the next 20 minutes, she called her manager twice without a response, then searched aisles for the manager. The line built up even more and customers grew frustrated and impatient.The cashier was alone and torn between my MoneyGram, waiting for management support, assisting self check out, and a growing line. She was overwhelmed and undertrained, and I blame management. In short, a simple MoneyGram transaction turned into a 30 minute wait.
