They are local, compassionate and customer service driven. She was willing to deliver outside of her normal hours and be certain our bereavement arrangement was delivered with care and in the hands of family. I requested fall colors and something masculine- in addition to not traditional bereavement and I couldn't be more pleased! I was trying to send my mom flowers and I got tricked by a Google search that said family business only to find out that the flowers that I ordered were done through a telemarketer. My sister recommended this florist because she knows them personally businesswise I called told them what I wanted asked if it could be Delivered that day and they told me not a problem we will take care of you. I ordered an orchid plant for my mom and it was probably the best orchid I’ve ever seen for sale. Thank you and I will definitely only use you as a florist in the future future. this is the Wethersfield store that I used. I cannot recommend it more highly.”
“my husband and i had a BIG mishap the day before our wedding, and we needed a lot of baby’s breath at the last minute. we called a few shops closer to us and got pointed in the direction of Michelle’s Florals so we called them up. not only did they have exactly what we needed, but they stayed late to make sure we got everything and made us last minute corsages for our mothers!!! they were so kind and reassuring during our mini panic attack haha, we will absolutely be coming back to them for any future floral needs (or cute gifts!). everyone should check them out!!”

“Bob Dinucci and his team are AMAZING!!! I don’t even have the words to describe how beautiful the flowers were at our daughter’s wedding!! I had met with Bob a few times in person..and had many emails back and forth with him ..trying to describe what we had in mind ..but even my daughter and I weren’t exactly sure what flowers we wanted ..and Bob took everything we had said and the pictures we had sent him..and went way way beyond what we had even imagined!!!! We had him do our rehearsal dinner flowers too..so when we walked into that and saw what beautiful arrangements he had done ..I knew we were in good hands..but when we walked into the wedding venue the next day..I literally burst into tears..the flowers he had chosen ..and the arrangements he and his team had created were ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!!! Everyone at the wedding was commenting about the flowers and asking who had done them!!! Grown men came up to me and were saying ..I have never noticed the flowers at a wedding until today!!
