Was referred to Crash Champions by Gengras Volvo. Brought my XC40 after it was hit overnight by a drunk driver. Car looks like new… pleased with the results!

My insurance company referred me to this place but my car has a breathalyzer device in it crash champions told me that I have to have the machine removed out my vehicle before they can do any work on it so if anybody with an IUD device in their vehicle do not pull up to this shop this shop will not help you the woman at the front Desk told me this is not a small mom and pops garage but little does she know liberty Honda collision center is not a small mom and pops garage there a big corporation just like them liberty Honda told me just bring extra mouthpieces and they will be able to do the job I highly recommend Stay away from crash champions If you have a breathalyzer device in your car they will not help you they will waste your time They will just piss you off stay away from crash champions East Hartford do not go highly recommend you stay away

Was sent here by our insurance company for an estimate of repairs. The "estimator" botched the estimate by not including items which should have been included because he "could not find the price" or "wasn't sure" the work was needed. Now we have to wait for a competent shop to fight with the insurance company for the correct cost to be approved. This is costing us time and money as well as costing the insurance company extra in car rental fees while we wait, all because he couldn'ty be bothered to do his job competently or listen to the customer.

Got my car repaired here due to an accident and needed it fixed quickly. They were the only ones that could take me right away. The reason they could: the service sucks. Took them over THREE weeks to fix up my car, even though they promised a week and a half. I wish it was because they were being thorough, when really they kept pushing off working on my car with excuses and it was a day-by-day stress when finish date was coming as they kept pushing it to the very next day, over and over again. This caused me a lot of stress, anxiety, and perpetual uncertainty, as this was going through insurance and I had a rental. I had to consistently hound on my insurance company to get information for me as Crash Champions wasn't communicating with me, and because I was getting hounded by the rental company every single day. Poor communication. When they were finally done with my car on a Friday, they didn't notify me until it was two hours before they closed, expecting me to be able to drop everything and go pick it up. Their website also isn't up to date, they are not open on Saturdays. So I was forced to use the rental for an extra three days. Very disappointed. They really don't care for their customers. Don't recommend.

Constantly delays on vehicle repairs also front desk will continue to make promises on call backs a never fulfills promise to call back for updates so you have to chase them down. Never again will I ever use their services an hands down worst experience I’ve ever had with a garage. NOT RECOMMEND!

I brought my car in for an insurance repair. They gave me an estimate. Their prices are very reasonable. I brought the car in. They told me 9 days for the repair. They finished in 7. Great communication via text messages and Sandy is always there to answer the phone if I needed her. Would definitely use again.

I recently had a disappointing experience with [Company Name] and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. I brought my vehicle to their location in early January for a major repair, and what followed was a series of issues and delays that have left me frustrated and dissatisfied.The first major setback was the extended delay for parts. I had to wait for a month after the initial repair was completed just to receive the necessary wheel. This delay was inconvenient and caused unnecessary inconvenience in my daily life.Upon finally getting my vehicle back, I immediately noticed several problems. The first issue was a missing floor mat, which required me to contact customer service and request a replacement. Additionally, not all the lug nuts were installed on the wheel that was replaced, which led to another trip back to the location for a fix.One of the most bothersome issues was the wind noise coming from the repaired door. Despite my repeated complaints, it seemed that nobody affiliated with [Company Name] could hear the noise or understand the problem. While they attempted to address the issue partially, it was not fully resolved.To add to my frustration, I discovered that my vehicle was tilted to one side by an inch. This problem was neither diagnosed nor repaired, which has now prolonged the repair process even further. It is unacceptable that after almost six months, I still do not have a properly repaired vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give this business zero stars I would! My car was BROKEN into the SECOND time it had to go back because they gave it back to me the first time still broken! The hood was not aligned and wouldn't close, the radiator was held on with barely anything...I called to ask what had happened to my car and why things were all over the place and I was told that it was my husband's fault because he parked the car there. What a disgrace! NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!

We had a bad experience with the business office. Called several times and no one was returning our call until we finally got in touch with a manager. After 2 months we still haven't gotten our issue straighten out.

I had a very bad experience with the office manager there. I never got my credit they owed me. She told me to stop calling there and would not give me her bosses name. "Figure it out" she said. She was mad at me because I called where I bought my car after not getting any responses from 3 inquiries there . Then she called me after that manager spoke with her.
