I Love the Genoa elsewhere, This location is incompetent and lacks common sense. I've gone weeks without meds. I have to babysit every prescription tho I'm in a place that have daily deliveries I have to call and ask them to deliver my meds everyday.

I love this pharmacy everyone in the pharmacy is wonderful the employees are nice compassionate and really want to help with any of your needs regarding the prescriptions the only downfall is that the hours they're very short and sometimes I have to order from my regular pharmacy but if you want to have great service come to this pharmacy

Incompetent. This particular location (East Hartford) is unpredictable and chaotic. I've been using it since they opened however the past 4 months have not been good at all. Too many errors with life and death meds
