I’m glad this place has a manager who seems to be doing a great job at not only making sure repairs are done correctly, but also that customer service is a given. Glen Damboise Reached out to me shortly after my visit to address my concerns and reassured me that changes were being made to improve the overall experience on a daily. I am glad they have someone in office who cares about the integrity of their work & most importantly, the impression of this establishment that a customer leaves with. You can tell this is a manager who strives to excel in all aspects & is just a genuinely good guy all around. You see him in the office interacting with customers in such a positive manner. Overall I am satisfied with the final turn around of my visit and look forward to continuing my many years of business with the Hoffman auto group.

Asad and all the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They always respond immediately to my questions, comments or concerns on the spot. I have been with Ford for over twenty years and they have always treated me like a family member responding to any questions I have on the spot either by phone or in person. THEY ARE JUST SUPERB!!!!!

A very good experience. They were thorough, respectful and helpful regarding insurance and rentals. Work was done on time, performed well, and they kept me in the loop. They know what they are doing, and the packed lot attests to this. Also, they are conveniently located, especially if you are “east of the river”. My representative Asad was excellent. Repair took time but it worth it, I feel satisfied with what they did to the top of my jeep. Thanks to the manager Glen Demboise who involved directly into the repair and to Kathy who take care very well of my issue and was always giving me feedback how the repair was going.

They fixed my BMW when it had a bumper repair needed. They did the repair very fast and processed everything quickly and easily. I had to bring it back for a small item and they went above and beyond to provide service they probably didn’t even have to do. Ask for Asad. Extremely professional.Service: Body & Trim

My wife and I had a very bad experience with this garage. We were given a time estimate for work needed done and at least three different times we were told that not only would our vehicle not be ready but that there was something more wrong with the car. It got to where they had our vehicle for almost two months which was twice as long as it should have been. It very much felt as though we were being taken advantage of. When we finally got the car back our radio and back up camera were not working at all when they had been in perfect working order when the car was brought in. Of course the garage and manager Glenn refuse to acknowledge this. Will have to spend over a thousand dollars elsewhere to get it fixed. The staff communication was near non existent. Each time we tried to get an update on what was going on with our car the service manager Chris had absolutely no idea what was going on with the vehicle and was NEVER helpful. I would steer clear of this horrendous business.

Hoffmann repaired my car. It took them 2.5 months to repair not a huge damage. I was asking updates during this time and always provided general statement "materials shortage" etc. Finally when I started to get mad they explained me the real reason for the delay. Apparently Hoffman ordered a part of my car based on the manual to the manufacturer (Hyunday) and they claimed that the part indicated in the manual was wrong and they realized it when they tried to install it. As a result, they had to reorder that part. When I heard that story I told them I have hard time to believe the manufacturer has a wrong part in its manual but either way I would ask them a recognition of the issue in the bill since that was an issue between Hoffman and the manufacturer, not myself. Chief of maintenance told me that he doesn't think he is responsible. I told him I cannot go to the manufacturer and complain. He told me it is not their problem. So I wasted probably a month of rental car cost because of Hoffman’s issue with spare part.Service: Body & Trim

Quick and easy initial assessment and with insurance issues made it seamless. However always issues with parts and waiting and after two weeks of vehicle being there we had to call for update.Car was delivered to them clean inside and out and when delivered back to us there were greasy fingerprints and floor mats completely dirty. Car looks great everything back to normal and again made it easy with insurance.Service: Body & Trim

I wrecked my Audi A4 in central CT recently and had it towed to Hoffman for evaluation. George and the team could not have been nicer or more professional. The car was a total loss and they helped me work through the process of dealing with the insurance company, the leasing company etc. While I hope I never have another accident, I’m grateful to have found Hoffman. They helped me get through a difficult situation with mimimal stress.

They left a lot of the damage they could have been repaired they did very shoddy work I have the rental for so long that I didn't want to deal with the insurance no more I should have brought it to my own repair facility instead of trusting HoffmanServices: Painting

I thought the repair was completed thanks to the insurance claim, but I recently found a gap like the picture under the front glass. I don't think this repair has been done properly. I've already paid $500 for the insurance deductible and I think the repair company is responsible for this gap. But they denied it so that I am not satisfied with that services.Service: Body & Trim

I hit a deer with my truck and they were one of the preferred repair shops by my insurance. They did an amazing job and even when we had a part back ordered indefinitely they were very accommodating and let me take my vehicle while we waited for the part to avoid paying for a rental. They were very friendly and worked flawlessly with Enterprise to get me into my rental car.

Took my car to get repair after a crash. Took about 2 months ( mainly insurance fault). Customer service could be better, felt uncomfortable with every interaction and after picking up the car the first time had to dropped it off within hours due to the steering wheel pulling to both sides, called before dropping off the car and they laughed over the phone assuring me there was nothing wrong. Had a family member go to the shop and take the car for a drive and showed them exactly what was wrong. Car is finally fixed and hopefully for good but I wouldn’t be doing business with this shop again.
