I went there for a couple of prints. He asked me to send the documents out in an email and went inside another room there where he sat with his system. I did send them and some of those documents were password protected, I wanted only one page print in a 40 page document. I wanted to explain him these details, just went a little towards the entrance of the other room as I can’t see him, he started shouting at me ‘I know you are dying to come in here. But go back go back just go back’. I just kept saying I wanted to give particulars about the prints. He kept shouting just go back just go back there some more! He was not listening to a word I said. I feel offended. I feel I didn’t do anything wrong that could make him shout at me. I backed off. He could’ve asked me politely, and listen to what I was saying.
He came out after a min as I was waiting and says 2 of those docs have a password protection 🤷♂️. That’s what I was trying to say😐. If that’s how you wanted to treat your customers, I wouldn’t recommend your store. That’s why this one star.

Great service, printing is easy. I definitely recommend bringing a flashdrive with PDFs rather than using the emailing option. Emailing documents is a lot more expensive. Pricing itself is okay, I've had cheaper costs at other companies. Would only go back for convenience.
