Called bank to speak with branch manager and kept getting voicemail, so left a detailed message. Have not heard back. Branch Manager needs to be taken to task for her unresponsiveness and ineptitude. Time to clean house. Key Bank. Terrible service ??

I've banked with Key Bank (and the other alias they've went by in the past) for +40 years. Today (February 9th, 2022), the bank manager, Antonio, was very rude and condescending to us. He has no people skills and was very aggressive. With this attitude, you will lose all of your customers. We will be taking our business to another bank.I do not want to contact anyone from Key Bank after this experience. I don't recommend this bank to anyone.

Came early two weeks ago and wait for them to open, so I can cash my check. And got treated like a criminal for waiting. Never going back here again.

Worst bank ever!. Can't get customer service connection either at the 800 number or at the branch. Considering closing my account with this annoying bank services. Never have I come across one so backward .

I am attending a wedding later-on today.... And stopped by to exchange 5 $20's for a nice $100 bill. I waited 10 mins in line just to exchange a bill. When I got to the counter the woman (Anjeliki ?) said that she couldn't exchange my money because I don't have an account there... She said they needed a 'paper trail' to track transactions? ... What? I thought to myself: 1.) Am I ACTUALLY at an for-real ... bank? 2.) Wait, there is no paper trail... For an even exchange of money.... ???? (Unless they are literally tracking each bill by their serial numbers. Who.does.that.?) 3.) I call shenanigans on Anjeliki!!! But the comment that compelled me to write this review: "... I don't usually exchange money because it is against our policy... and just in case you missed it, the key word is "usually"... which actually suggests that she DOES, in fact, exchange money for some people... But, you know discrimination is real and I am apparently not good enough for her to 'do me a favor' (was it my hair? my sweatpants? my fluorescent green hoodie? or my dark skin?) I should note... that she took the money from hands... counted it, made her comment ... and handed it back to me... after she decided that she needed to discriminate. Lame! #iseeyourshenanigans To be real, I need to refinance my home loan and would LOVE to move all of my banking away from Bank of America. So yeah, you totally failed that interview .... And guess where I will never do my banking....
