the customer service at the store on Ellington Road is super. Customer Service on the phone is horrible. They ask for money and the last time they tried to get me to buy a life alert system, and the person I got (Mika) was hard to understand.

Horrible service, ordered a replacement hotspot. I got a call that it was in and I said I would be down in a couple days to pick it up. I got to the store and they told me it was sent back that it was sitting for two weeks. How was it sitting for two weeks when it was ordered last week? They said they would order another one. It's been a week and a half without notice now and no one picks up the phone at the store. I would avoid at all costs, waste of time. UPDATE 11/10/22: Over One month later I get a call from the store stating they have my phone number on their wall they do not know what it's for and why they were supposed to call me. Are you serious? This company is a joke.

Went into the store for something specific ended up sending me something that he told me that would work for me and it didn't had to buy another phone was not happy and think that I'm paying way too much for the phone that I have which is $400 I'm paying over $539 for $400 phone what's wrong with that picture

The customer service I received from Julissa was horrible. When I called in with a problem she rudely hung up the phone mid conversation. When I called back she would not answer…Which left me with no choice but to go in person to have my problem resolved. When I went in she refused to help. She was sarcastic, rude and continuously interrupted my phone conversation. In the end I still have sn unresolved phone issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no reason a customer should be treated with such disrespect.

The service I got from emp ID cecil06018 was very bad I got a phone and case in June I got the paperwork that he rang up the wrong case for my phone and gave an other one than today I went to the store and he was very rude and said can't do anything I called the police and ge lie to them and had me trespass from the store I have thr paper work don't go to this store they rip u off

I came in last minute in need of help.(cecil) Helped me situate a new phone and educated me on my benefits I was eligible for. Every other metro store i have been to has never taken the time and courtesy to deal with me in such a professional manner. I would put (cecil) in a position to help manage certain things to keep the stats up in the system...he would probably be the change metro needs for the better.

By far the best metro by T-Mobile in Ct. I'm very grateful for the workers who help me. There are ppl who actually care about your service. Juju hooked me up with a great deal and I got to keep my number. I haven't experienced good service like this with metro ever in my 10+ years of service until now. They were also so friendly. Good place 6stars if I could.

This was by far the worst experience ever. Not once would they help me, called me a liar. Threatened to call the police. Sebastian shouldn't be the manager, he should be fired. I would leave 0 stars of I could. But I have to apply a star in order to leave a review. Cancelling my service ASAP. And to the owner, you need to discipline your employee. As a manager, Sebastian should have never called a customer , liar or threatened me with police just cause I wanted my account credited.
