“I called Two Men and a Truck Moving because the previous company I used was trying to charge me way more money than when they previously moved me. I was upset and I was very frustrated. Mason worked with me and calmed my nerves. I could immediately tell I was working with a legitimate moving company. He helped me inventory my stuff and gave me a quote I couldn't refuse. On the move day, 3 very polite, very hardworking gentlemen showed up and worked so fast that it cost only half what it previously cost to move the same stuff and an even farther distance! How is that? I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. They didn't play that game with a jacked up rate after the move and I wholly appreciate them making my move that much easier on me! “The speed and efficiency of the team there was fabulous. The Truck i rented was a bit older but, worked perfectly for the belongings we needed to move.
The window glass could use a cleaning.
The process of the pre-check in could have been explained in the reservation process a bit better to help save time during the pick up. Perhaps I missed the information in my haste.
Everything else was great and always is.
Olivia handled everything like a pro and was a fraction of a second ahead of me during check in, to help keep things moving along well for me, for her and the team, and the customers on line behind me.
