Most of the people writing reviews here, have been there for a long time, stepping onto others to achieve their goals. So since they make decent money, they want more gullible young kids to go over to this company and work for them. If you're Caucasian, then this is a good company for you, just don't get your hopes up, on "moving up the latter," which only happens after more than 6 years working at the same spot, and if they transfer you to the companies Quest Global works for; in the case of the Office in Hartford, mainly Pratt&Whitney. If you're not Caucasian, and you're not a pretty girl, than no matter how hard you work or how much interest you show in the company, they'll get rid of you, or bully you and there's no union to protect you.

This company is a great stepping stone. How ever I would not recommend it for longer than 12 - 18 months. Low pay, poor benefits, terrible HR, but good experience working with large customers.

Great place to work, culture, and plenty of growth opportunities.
