Sedrick head store manager is unfair to customers. Im an owner of a LLC company and provided proper paperwork to file tax exemption with me in there system already from previous purchases. He refuse and made up his own scenario that tj Maxx headquarters don’t accept tax exemption papers pertaining to my LLC, when I called them to verify they confirmed his assumption was false. Terrible customer service, and no patience with customers. Denied purchase of sale.

This is the 2nd time in less than 1 month ive been there. I did the same thing today as last time, left a carraige with my items there and left. The service there is the worst I've EVER experienced. Ever. You are 1 month away from Christmas, the people you had, all 3 of them (only 2 registers open) were moving so slow it was embarrassing. There were 6 people in front of me and the line didn't move 1 inch after 10 minutes. If that's the kind of service you provide, especially being 1 month away from Christmas, your business will suffer. You're right on the Glastonbury line. You need to step up your game. If you have a manager, fire them and hire a decent one and GET SOME MORE HELP THAT WILL MOVE. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this one is warranted. Get your act together...

A smaller TJ Maxx store compared to others in surrounding towns. Technically ADA accessible, but the tight aisles are difficult to navigate and maneuver.

Good spot to grab a wide variety of things at decent prices. A lot of name brands for clothing and shoes as well as household items.
Unfortunately, even when the store isn't very busy, the lines can be long.

Manager is super nasty she screamed and gave an attitude at the cashier for not offering the credit card! I’m tired of the way they want u to sign up for it and mess ur credit score be for real in this economy no body wants it. I feel so bad for the poor cashier that wants a job to survive and have to deal with that.

great selection to choose from and kept neat, i’d recommend this location versus others in ct if you’re looking for a great selection. The staff could be nicer though, the check out person was rude so was the young lady at the dressing room. No one is forcing you to work here and I’m always nice to retail employees because i work in customer service as well but they were both immediately rude after a simple hello, ruined my mood and don’t think i would like to come back here no matter how nice the selection is

Found some dressy pants- lots to choose from. Lots of tops but not my taste. The blouses this year are too long and I'm short so that doesn't work for me ?♂️
