“The communication was very smooth. There is a chat function, which I initiated while I was booking my reservation. They stayed on the chat with me and responded throughout the confirmation process as I waited to receive emails confirming my request. After my request was confirmed, shortly before my flightd I had a card that did not go through because there was fraud on the card and I didn’t realize I used it for this reservation…but they reached out to me right away and it was replaced without any hassle. They arrived early each time when taking us to the airport from East Haddam, Connecticut to JFK and then back from JFK to East Haddam Connecticut. It was so nice having the car service not having to worry about traffic or where we needed to go. Specifically, we were dropped off and picked up literally at the door. And fantastic kind and very good communication, highly recommended. And it was only slightly more expensive, which was probably about the cost of a tip, than if I had left my vehicle there and I didn’t have to drive my vehicle, I didn’t have to worry about it’s safety or having to drive home after 24 hours of flights.”
