“The speed and efficiency of the team there was fabulous. The Truck i rented was a bit older but, worked perfectly for the belongings we needed to move.
The window glass could use a cleaning.
The process of the pre-check in could have been explained in the reservation process a bit better to help save time during the pick up. Perhaps I missed the information in my haste.
Everything else was great and always is.
Olivia handled everything like a pro and was a fraction of a second ahead of me during check in, to help keep things moving along well for me, for her and the team, and the customers on line behind me.

“I had a wonderful experience over the weekend with Budget Truck Rental in East Hartford. The staff (Stephanie, I think?) was pleasant and efficient, and we joked around a bit while wrapping up the paperwork. The van I rented was low mileage, clean, and appeared to be well maintained. The best part was that it was not only less expensive than the competition, but they had a large stock of vehicles available when many others only had a couple and were sold out already.
I will most certainly be back for my truck and moving needs for my business in the future. Thank you!”
